As a clinician with Summit, you’ll work closely with patients, families and physicians to create personalized care plans that help individuals regain independence. We are headquartered in Columbus, Ohio and we have local clinicians throughout the states to ensure high-quality care and seamless communications between providers. When clinicians visit facilities, they are going to see that patient only.
