Senior Specialist, Marketing Operations, PAH Payer Marketing & Access Strategy

As Senior Specialist, Marketing Operations, PAH Payer Marketing & Access Strategy, you will be responsible for marketing operations, communications, and execution support for the PAH Field Access and Reimbursement team. This individual will work closely with members of the payer marketing, brand marketing, and Field Access & Reimbursement organizations to pull-through all critical field activities for launch and beyond. In addition, this individual will collaborate across the organization including field operations, analytics, learning and development, legal, compliance, finance.

The preferred location for this position is based in the Upper Gwynedd, PA office in a hybrid capacity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitate launch planning project management across the team, including projects currently in development and delivery, based on the team's set objectives
  • Lead training plan development / execution and create business case modeling on new resources and team training needs
  • Plan & coordinate applicable field team meetings
  • Refine and update Account Targeting
  • Partner with Field Sales and IAM teams to align on all cross-functional training and launch needs
  • Lead operational execution (i.e. Veeva/Ops) for applicable campaigns, resource deployment, and surveys
  • Facilitate integration between CSO and our Company's systems
  • Lead development of policies for compliant field to field and field to HQ communications and interaction
  • Coordinate the development and secure appropriate legal & compliance approval of internal and external resources, slide presentations, planning templates, and bulletins
  • Oversee implementation of new and innovative field team tools
  • Proactively keep agile backlog for all workstreams up to date with key timelines and deliverables to ensure transparency across the CAT
  • Operate in alignment with all our Company's policies and standards



Position Qualifications:

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • BA/BS



Required Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of (3) years pharmaceutical industry experience (includes experience in a Customer facing or marketing/strategy roles, in addition to Early Strategic Support roles such as Promotion Management, Market Research)



Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Customer facing or marketing experience (e.g., sales management, customer management, account management or marketing)
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving, analytical critical thinking and planning skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Demonstrated understanding of US healthcare trends and policy issues and their potential impact upon our company's business opportunities
  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial management (e.g., brand budget, profit plan, sales forecasts)
  • Field-facing systems, operations, and communications experience
  • Training and learning and development experience

Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range:
$107,600.00 - $169,400.00
