The Intern in the Real-World Solutions (RWS) Global Operations team will be involved in a broad range of operational initiatives aimed to support the team vision and operational effectiveness. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to develop an understanding of business management & operations in a diverse, fast paced company whilst working & networking with a range of stakeholders.
In this role you will work closely with the RWS Lean, Automation and Program Management team on various projects, continuous improvement, and automation activities. The team provides industry standard framework, best practice, analytics, and consultation to help drive efficiency and effectiveness for our stakeholders. You will also partner with other teams to help drive operational excellence and optimized solutions across the business.
Principal Accountabilities - Operations Intern:
- Builds an understanding of current business goals, objectives and needs and help to drive these into actionable objectives and executable roadmaps
- Supports & contributes towards cross functional projects utilising data analytics and/or project management sills
- Works closely with management, operations and SMEs to perform business analysis and help to develop and document recommendations/solutions to drive business improvements.
- Assists with the creation of slide decks and/or other materials to communicate initiative plans, reports progress & outputs to broad stakeholder audiences
- Manages relationships with key stakeholders and internal business partners to identify and establish transparent, successful collaboration
- Develops business intelligence analysis to support Global Operations in resolving business issues, using IQVIA tools and data
- Supports and performs any other duties in line with RWS Global Operations Strategy and Vision, contributes to priorities. S/he is agile & open to participate in new initiatives and priorities as they arise
Candidate Requirements
- Student or recent graduate residing in Bulgaria
- Analytical skills and problem-solving, inquisitive mindset
- Basic understanding of Lean, Agile and/or Quality management principles is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Enthusiasm to work effectively as part of a team and comfortable to work autonomously when needed
- Strong IT skills across the full Office 365 Suite, particularly PowerPoint & Excel
- Excellent English language skills (oral and written)
- Independent thinker with strong self-motivation, keen to learn
- Availability for a full-time role
- Right to work in Bulgaria, full time
