Job Description:

Pay Range $83.03hr - $87.03hr

Responsibilities:

• Large Molecule Discovery team is looking for a contractor bioconjugation to support our growing biologics portfolio.
• This role will generate bioconjugates to support studies on ADCs development.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in protein chemistry and good experience in the chemical biology field.
• This role requires an understanding of bioconjugate chemistry, method optimization, and bioconjugates purification to support our research and development projects.
• Perform conjugation following established protocols and procedures.
• ble to optimize conjugation protocols based on chemistry applications.
• Perform characterization of bioconjugates with HPLC, UV-Vis, and based methods.
• Perform protein or bioconjugate purification with the AKTA system.
• Prepare detailed reports to communicate findings to internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements in the laboratory.
• This position is a hands-on lab-based role.

Qualifications:

• BS,MS, or Ph.D in a life sciences discipline, with training and work experience in biochemistry, analytical chemistry, or related fields, experience in the industry is preferred.
• Proven expertise in protein biochemistry, and chemical conjugation techniques.
• Some experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC or mass spectrometry is desired but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and keen to improve processes.
